HEARING, PHOTOGRAPH AND VIDEO POLICY
The school admission code forbids any applicant from being interviewed for admission purposes. Unless a child is age 16 or older, it is therefore not appropriate for children to attend hearings.

While all panels welcome suitable written material used to support parental hearings, the panel has agreed that use of photographs and videos is not allowed. To ensure fairness, this will apply to all parents and all appeals. Sending images through the post or by e mail is not secure. Parents should not bring photographs or video clips to hearings or display such media during online hearings.

Recording either stage 1 or the stage 2 of any hearing is strictly forbidden and will be considered as a serious breach of the panel’s and clerk’s Human Rights and a prosecution will follow.
